2) Consider alternative fuel vehicles (or, if you prefer, hybrids). Pick the three factors that influence the optimal timing of entry that you think are most important to this particular industry. In other words, if you were the CEO of a firm in this industry, which three factors would most influence the timing of your entry into the market? Why did you choose these three? If you were discussing a different industry, such as the software industry, would your choices be different? Why or why not?
Haddad:
1) Think of a technological change that has occurred in your workplace (or, if you prefer, in a former workplace). How could the integrative systems approach to technology adoption have informed and improved each step of the technology adoption life cycle? Be specific here- don't deal in generalities. Carefully explain how each step of the adoption was designed (identification of business goals, multidimensional assessment, and so on), and then explain-- again, in specific terms- how it could have been improved.
