Candidates should be able to identify those international standards and conventions listed in the syllabus that may have been infringed e.g. Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (neither the date of the document or its full title are required). Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of the reasons for the breaches.
