The performance of the store will be reviewed and evaluated annually based on the following parameters:
- The degree to which the store's performance is in line with the mission, vision and the business objectives.
- Sales and profits with respect to forecasting and evaluation.
- The rate of employment generated to local nationals.
- Reaching Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.
- Emphasis on costs and budgets.
- Compliance to respective laws and regulations laid by the government.
