Can we merge findings of damaged prefrontal cortex and confabulation to understand the functional localization in the brain?
Is it possible to reconcile findings of damaged prefrontal cortex (in the orbital and medial regions - see famous case of Phineas Gage) with confabulation (type of memory disorder) to understand the functional localization in the brain?
