Understand the First Amendment to the Constitution to be the basis for our right to free speech. Is that right absolute? Under what circumstances can one's right to free speech be limited by the state? Can President Trump shut down the media for reporting negative things about him, especially if we were at war with another country? Would such reporting constitute a clear and present danger?
