Calulate temperature change in block after it comes to rest


An iron blok (m=1kg) initialy held stationary is dropped form a 100 m height. it strikes the groud and is assumed to be perfectly insulated from its environment. Calulate the temperature change in the block after it comes to rest on the ground and note that this temperature changes adiabatically. Calulate the entropy generated as the block comes to rest (assume Cp=0.447 KJ/Kg.k for the block
