Calculated information from the aerodynamic models

Problem: The design of an Autopilot requires an accurate model of the aircraft it will be implemented on. The initial design of the autopilot, usually, is based on the calculated information from the aerodynamic models and tests. In the final stages of the aircraft design, ?ight tests are performed. During the flight tests, a lot of data is collected from the aircraft while in real ?ight conditions. The data collected is then used to refine the model used for the autopilot. This topic has been for a long time in the research literature, and several papers were published on the issues, meanwhile, the older techniques are already included in the flight mechanics textbooks. You are required to: 1. Survey the research literature on the topic of "using ?ight testing data for the design of autopilots", and select at least 5 different references on the topic.
