I've attached the receipes for the restaurant and also the cost of the items. I need each category to be priced by ingredient in the cost column next to the recipe break down. I also need a total cost for each category of Pizza, Cost with freight, cost with duties. I've included an example in Pan Signature 14" of how I would like it to be laid out.Also needed in the inclusion of the recipe break down is the cost for carry out boxes , take out bags and Napkins. A separate column for Carryout will need to be created to display this additional cost Duty Rates are as followed
Cheese - 25%Meat - 40%Oil - 20%Flour & Dough - 20%Chicken -100%Sauce - 20%Paper and Boxes - 20%Veggie Mix - 10%Pasta 20%Release Spray - 10% Freight per container is - $5575. Any other information needed , please don't hesitate to ask.
