Time, like money, is a limited resource so it is important to develop an awareness of how you spend it.
In this problem, you will reflect on how you allocated time to the various activities that needed your attention on ONE day this week. Use the Time Management Assessment Log (below), to document how you spend a typical day. Calculate the time spent in different types of activities, and then complete the reflection questions on the second page.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
