Calculate the steady state level of per capita income

According to the World Population Prospects, 2010 Revision (available at https://esa.un.org/unpd/wpp/Excel-Data/population.htm), India's population growth rate in the period 1990-95 was 1.98% while in the period 2005-10 it was 1.43%. In the context of Solow's growth model, assume India can be described by f(k) = k^(2/3), s = 20%, and δ = 5%, in both periods 1990-95 and 2005-10.

Calculate the steady state level of per capita income as predicted by Solow's model in both periods.
