B) Crunchy Potato Chip plant sells packaged chips with a printed net weight of 850 grams. Their packaging specification limits are +/- 12 grams of this published fill weight. Currently the process is running at a mean of 856 grams with a standard deviation of 2.99 grams. The firm requires a process capability ration of at least 1.33 to be deemed "capable." Is the process capable? Is an adjustment needed?
