1. To calculate the amount in the Flexible Budget column, follow the steps below
a. Calculate the per unit Budget amount for each revenue and cost item.
b. Multiple the per unit budgeted amount with step ( a). with the number of tickets sold
c. Complete Flexible column with the amounts from step 2(b).
2. Determine Favorable and/or Unfavorable for each row based on the column completed
