Calculate the moment reaction at the center of the propeller

Problem

l have decided to attach a small motor and propeller to the front of my hang glider. The propeller weights 50 lb with a radius of gyration of 1.5ft. It rotates clockwise at a constant 1000 rpm when viewed from the rear. I'm concerned that the spinning propeller might induce a torque/moment on my hang glider that will be difficult to control. Calculate the moment reaction at the center of the propeller when my glider is at the bottom of a vertical loop of 100 ft radius and a constant speed of 40 mph.
