A small motor weighing 19.3 lbs is mounted on 4 springs in parallel in such a manner that only vertical motion is possible . Each isolator has a k=45 lb/in and the total damping in the entire system is 2.5 lb-sec/in The motor has an equivalent unbalance of 2 lb at 1 in radius. Calculate the maximum force transmitted to the foundation by this system when the motor operates at 1750 rpm.
