Also, last year, there were 725 cases of salmonella reported in Texas that were attributed to eating raw cookie dough. Calculate the incidence rate of salmonella among those who reported eating raw cookie dough. Include in your answer how many salmonella cases per 1000 raw cookie dough eaters.
