Calculate the fractional change in frequency and delta

A) The star Zog has a mass of 1.57 e30 kg. Calculate the angle by which light from a distant star is deflected at a radius of 7.61 e8 m from the center of Zog (assuming all the mass is inside this radius). Express your answer in radians but do not indicate units.

B) A radio transmitter of frequency f0 is placed at a distance 7.61 e8 m from the center of Zog. Calculate the fractional change in frequency & Delta f/f0 that would be observed a long distance from the star. Use a positive (negative) sign to indicate an increase (decrease) in frequency.
