Calculate the expectation value of the angular momentum

A diatomic molecule which is having μ=2.000 x 10-26 kg and a bond length of 250.0 pm is rotating about its center of mass in the xy-plane. The state of the molecule is described by the wave function Ψ (φ). Two main possible resulted are acquired: a value of -3h for 75% of the time and a value of 3h for 25% of the time when the total angular momentum of different molecules is calculated. But when the rotational energy of the molecules is calculated, only a single result is acquired.

1. Calculate the expectation value of the angular momentum?

2. Discuss the expression for the normalized wave function Ψ (φ).

3. Calculate the result of measuring the energy?
