Assignment task: Mr. Jibbs is a 5 year old 48 lb MN mix breed that is presented collapsed due to an Addisonian crisis. He is given 0.9% NaCl at a rate of 60 mL/kg given over 1 hour as well as hydrocortisone (dosage 0.3mg/kg and concentration 4mg/mL) in addition to a 30 day supply of prednisone (dosage 0.1mg/kg/day and concentration 5mg/tablet). 

When Jibbs returns for his first check-up his Na:K ratio is 35:1. At his next check up his Na:K ratio is 30:1. He has seemed normal to the owners since treatment began. He is due for another injection and the vet asks you to calculate the dose. How much would you administer?
