Calculate the cooling water flow rate in the vessel

2000 kg/h of milk is sterilized in a steam infusion sterilizer (Steam and milk directly contact). The milk is heated to 145°C by introducing it into the steam infusion chamber H and then is cooled quickly by flashing in the flash vessel F. The vapor that flashes off in the vessel F is condensed in the condenser C by direct contact of the vapor with cooling water. To avoid dilution of the milk, flow rate of vapor from the vessel F is equal to flow rate of the steam to vessel H. Calculate the cooling water flow rate in the vessel C that will condense the vapor. The following data are given: The temperature of the milk in the inlet of H is 40°C, the temperature of the cooling water in the inlet of the condenser C is 20oC, the temperature of the milk from the exit of vessel F is 48oC, and the temperature of condensed from the vessel C is 48oC. The steam introduced into the chamber H is saturated at 475.8 kPa pressure. The specific heat of the milk is 3.8 kJ/kg°C at the inlet of vessel H, 4.0 kJ/kg°C at the exit of the vessel H and 4.0 kJ/kg°C at exit of the vessel F. The specific heat of water is 4.182 kJ/kg°C at 20oC, and 4.178 kJ/kg°C at 48oC.
