Calculate the cell cortical tension after the cells are

Determine the answer of the given problem

Problem- A micropipet experiment was conducted on white blood cells. The pressure difference is created by a column of mercury ( =13600 kg/m3 ). The micropipet has a radius of 1.2 µm. For a cell with 10 µm radius, the liquid column height is 0.4 µm.

Part 1- Calculate the cell cortical tension. After the cells are treated with a certain chemical, the liquid column height changes to 0.48 µm for the same cell.

Part 2- Calculate the change in cell cortical tension.

I need help to find the cell cortical tension.
