Calculate mass of cylinder corresponding to equilibrium

A 200 3 250-mm panel of mass 20 kg is supported by hinges along edge AB. Cable CDE is attached to the panel at C, passes over a small pulley at D, and supports a cylinder of mass m. Neglecting the effect of friction, calculate the mass of the cylinder corresponding to equilibrium for values of theta from 0 to 90° using 10° increments. Using appropriate smaller increments, determine the value of theta corresponding to equilibrium when m 5 10 kg.
