Calculate cumulative effect by miner or manson method

Consider a part that has two different stresses applied. The first stress is an alternating stress of 70kpsi and is applied for 5000 cycles. The second is an alternating stress of 60kpsi. The ultimate tensile strength is 100kpsi and the surface of the part is machined. Calculate the number of cycles until failure for the second stress considering cumulative fatigue. Calculate the cumulative effect by either the Miner or the Manson method, explain your choice.
