By how much tank dimensions change under combined action

An aluminum tank is originally 530 mm long with a mean diameter of 240 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. A gas having a pressure p = 1.5 MPa is added, and the tank is also subjected to a compressive axial force of F0 = 31 kN. Determine by how much the tank dimensions (tank length and tank diameter) change under the combined action of the pressure and axial force.
