This is a FORMAL research project, which will require you to access online databases through Online Library to collect the highest quality information about your brand and consumers.
References from Wikipedia and Google will result in an automatic failure for any submission.
Good sources of information through the system include:
• Hoover's for company, situation, and competitive information (be sure to click "Full Text" to see the entire report);
• Plunkett's for industry, competitive, and consumer trends;
• Business Source Premiere for relevant company, brand, industry news; within Business Source Premiere click on Company Profiles to search for the Datamonitor Report for your brand (if you can find one, you will find lots of great information!).
For the discussion boards you should have collected quite a bit of information that will assist with this project. For example, you will collect qualitative research on one of the discussion boards and report your findings on another discussion board. You may cite findings from this as "Qualitative Research Finding, Week 5/6." Your complete qualitative results should be included as an appendix to the paper, and there should be an in-text direction notifying the reader that the appendix is there.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This project will be submitted through SafeAssign, so pay close attention to how you present information. You should not be copying and pasting information, and there should be significant portions in quotes. There should be in-text citations and a reference page at the end of the document (you may choose your citation method, just be consistent).
The paper should be formatted in a professional, business fashion.
Page requirements: There are no specific requirements for this paper. The length will vary depending upon the formatting used. This paper should include graphs, charts, and tables to communicate information and to demonstrate analysis. The paper should also include appendices. Appendices contain complete information in the event that a reader would like more information. For example, do not put a company's complete financial statement in the paper. Take the specific numbers that are important to your point, and then refer the reader to the appendix for the complete financial statement. By the way, financial information needs to be cited!
