Ministry of Tourism in Oman is keen to find out where the tourism sector of Oman stands in comparison to world's leading tourist destinations such as Europe, Asia, America, GCC, etc. The purpose of this report is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of tourism sector of the Sultanate by comparing it with another international destination and to develop long-term national development plans to diversify its economy. You, as a resident/citizen of the Sultanate, have been asked to produce a report on "Tourism in Oman vs Tourism in ___________: a Comparative Analysis". The Minister of Tourism, Dr. Qais bin Saeed (pseudo name) has asked for this report.
Follow a business report structure taught in the class to present this report and give recommendations based on the analysis of your findings. Address the following points in your report:
1: Select tourism sector of another country of your choice and compare it with the tourism sector of the Sultanate of Oman.
