Question 1: Can executives of companies that manufacture questionable products, like violent video games or toys, be accused of being socially irresponsible? What are their responsibilities, if any, to the society in which they market and sell these products? Explain.
Question 2: To whom are these executives responsible to? Does a potential conflict of interest exist if an executive decides to follow a social stakeholder rather than his employer, the stockholders? (Be sure to review and interact with the case study Toy Wars in your textbook). Explain.
