This is your chance to research an issue of concern and apply the concept in your own setting, hopefully in order to improve the effectiveness of your group in some way.
So, select an area of concern:

o A current change initiative
o Coaching and/or performance issue
o Stress management
o Leadership development
Try to improve it, and write about your experience. At minimum, your paper should include:
1. Identification of the problem, background of the situation
2. Exploration and review of the current literature related to this issue (make sure to cite sources)
3. A plan for how to address the problem (intervention)
4. A description of your role and the outcome
5. A critical reflection of the experience: (strengths - what went well, your level of satisfaction; weaknesses - what could have been better),
6. What you have learned from the experience and how you will use this information going forward.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
