Skills should utilize information gleaned from their self-scoring with the Management ill s Assessment tool below, in their completion of "Part 2 - Skills". Papers will be treated as absolutely confidential and under no circumstances will be accessed by anyone other than the individual author and the professor.

Part 1- Leadership.
Provide your definition of leadership, followed by specific behavioral examples of your leadership in practice. (Examples may be positive c negative, but please point out what you have learned through negative experiences).
Part 2 - Skills. Discuss your skills as a manager, your strengths and weakness( and what you plan to do to strengthen skills you need to be successful.
Part 3 - Values. Indicate your values: what anchors will hold you firm when face with right vs. right decisions.
