Followed by policy and procedures and mandating reporting talk of harm or others before continuing to proceed. Acknowledging her autonomy and understanding confidentiality, point out her strengths in both her and of her presence there. Acknowledging her strong attributes in both her employment and marriage and her willingness by being there that her marriage is important to her. Follow up with confronting her alcohol use in "drinking" and the effects it has on her marriage.
