Assume the role of a department manager for a hospital unit (i.e. oncology, ICU, cardiology, etc.)
• Briefly summarize the value of using KPIs.
• Identify a set of KPIs for use within your unit. Explain your rationale for choosing these.
• Explain how you will collect, analyze, and make management decisions based on the data obtained.
