Consider the healthcare initiatives in Saudi Vision 2030. What are the most important factors to consider in creating a safety culture for Saudi Arabian healthcare organizations, medical employees, and patients?
a) Briefly summarize the safety culture in your current or former healthcare organization, or in one with which you are familiar.
b) What processes needs to be changed or improved to meet the culture of patient safety benchmark?
