Briefly describe you authentic observation including

Consider information you gathered from your initial observation as well as any information gathered from parents and family.

You are now going to create a Comprehensive Guidance Plan for this child.

You may outline this plan in a format that you are comfortable with (written, chart with descriptions, etc.). Remember that your goal is to support this child and his or her family's success.

This means you will inform as well as gather information from family members. Complete an Individual Comprehensive Behavior Plan of at least 3 pages, including the following:

In the first section, briefly introduce your subject (age, gender, etc.). Use initials or an assumed name to comply with NAEYC's Code of Ethical Conduct on confidentiality.

Share the early childhood setting as well as any pertinent information regarding the child's family and living arrangement (social and cultural context).

Briefly describe you authentic observation, including location, date, and time. Share the child's interest areas. In the next section, identify any mistaken behaviors you observed as well as any triggers (causes) that you observed.

In the following sections, identify all guidance, intervention, and/or conflict management strategies you will implement directly related to each specific mistaken behavior you have identified. Include how you will assess, document, and share the plan's effectiveness.

Plan to implement at least one of the guidance, intervention, and/or conflict management strategies and document the intervention and results. Be specific, so that you are able to reflect.

APA formatted title page is required, as well as a reference page and in text citations if needed. Proofread to ensure standard mechanics in spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage.
