Problem 5: List two reasons why incumbents in Congress typically have an advantage electorally.

Problem 6: In course lecture slides, 3 broad eras of the Supreme Court were defined. Describe these eras, detailing roughly when they took place and what the courts' concerns were during each era.

Problem 7: List at least three differences between the House of Representatives and the Senate (in terms of rules, organization, legislative process, etc.). Only one of your differences may concern term length or number of members in each body.
