Prosecutors
1. Prosecutors' offices often face conflicting goals and job expectations. List and describe the different goals of a prosecutor's office and then argue for which one you believe is the most important. Use your readings for example and research to support your argument.
2. Prosecutors have virtually unreviewable power to dismiss police arrest charges. Should the decision on selective prosecution hinge only on legal variables of instant and prior offenses? Or should prosecutors also consider the defendant's biographical data?
