Chose a successful change initiative in which you were engaged. Briefly describe the initiative to give the readers a context. Describe the leadership style of the person who led the change initiative. Identify which of the three facilitator styles they exhibited (Initiator, the Manager, and the Responder). Give specific examples justifying your choice.
