- State the vision and mission of your organisation.
- Identify the five key competitive factors/priorities within that organization (based on the CC's notes).
- Briefly assess the effectiveness of EACH of these competitive factors (i.e. Pros and Cons) as they relate to your organisation.
- Based on the vision and mission of the organisation, would you agree that the competitive objectives are being met? Briefly explain.
