Assignment: Assess If the Organization Is Ready For Change
Length: 5 to 7 pages.
How can I analyze if my organization is ready for change? This question is for a capstone project. I have attached two documents for context. How can I address the following:
A. Examine two to three areas for improvement based on the environmental scan that you completed on your organization. Document, in detail, the implementation of the improvements you will recommend to your senior leadership.
B. Assess and explain whether the KPIs you selected substantiate or refute the environmental scan results.
C. Briefly analyze your role as a change agent or consultant, providing examples of success or failures you have experienced.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
