Branch Operations
Normally the program executes in a sequence. The contents of the program counter register are incremented by one during the execution of current instruction and always points to the next instruction to be executed.
Sometimes it is required to change the normal the normal sequence of the program. The branch instruction are used to change the normal sequence o f the program various branch instructions ( jump call return restart ) are explained below.
