Boris and his friends decide to hang out in a local park one night. Boris decides, after a few beers, that the party would be improved with a bonfire. Unfortunately, the bonfire gets out of control and sets off wildfire that burns about 5,000 acres of land. An unmarked building about ¼ mile away is caught up in the blaze and explodes because it contained a significant amount of gasoline. The smoke from the burning gasoline blows down about 5 miles and causes a large amount of smog near a popular tourist location, which has to shut down for three days until the smoke clears. If the tourist location sues Boris for negligence,
