Bob swings around the peg in a full circle

A pendulum consists of a small bob of mass m attached to a string of length L. The bob is held to the side with the string horizontal. Then the bob is released from rest. At the lowest point of the swing, the string catches on a thin peg a distance R above the lowest point. Show that R must be smaller than 2L/5 if the string is to remain taut as the bob swings around the peg in a full circle.
