1. The chambers and valves of the heart and their function.
2. The function of the major arteries and veins of the heart in the maintainance of blood flow. Be sure to include a discussion of the superior and inferior vena cava, aorta, pulmonary artery and vein, and coronary artery and vein.
3. Discuss the causes of plaque build-up in coronary arteries and the implications of high cholesterol for the heart and circulation of blood.
