A block of 200 g suspends from a spring having spring constant 10 N/m. At t = 0 s the block is 20 cm beneath the equilibrium point and moving upward having a speed of 100 cm/s. Determine the block's :

i) Oscillation frequency.

ii) Distance from equilibrium if the speed is 50 cm/s.

iii) Position at t = 1 s.
