Ron gets annoyed with her conversations, because Beth should not be discussing her daughter at work and tells their boss, Tommy that Beth’s daughter is sick and has a contagious disease (when in fact the disease is not contagious). Tommy immediately fires Beth without any reasons. Beth later learns from Kate what Ron told Tommy, and wants to sue him. Does she have any action against him?
