Bernhard Goetz Case vs. Trayvon Martin Case
Directions: Please use the following guidelines below in the order that is given to complete a summary of the Bernhard Goetz and Trayvon Martin Cases. Please complete this assignment in word format and attached it when submitting the assignment to the appropriate dropbox. All papers are required to be a 3 page minimum doubled-spaced typed paper and no more than Six (6 pages). Please WRITE EVERYTHING IN YOUR OWN WORDS! Part 2: Name the court, judge, lead prosecutor, lead defense attorney for each case. Name the charges involved for each case against what defendant(s).
Part 3: Explain the outcome of trial for each case. Name the witnesses for both cases and explain how the witnesses played a role in each trial. Explain any other events that may have contributed to the outcome of both trials.
Part 4: Conclusion: Compare and contrast both cases from your perspective. Give a summary of how you feel about each case and what could have been done differently from your point of view.
