The paper must be two pages in length and written in MLA format. These papers are individual reflective style papers. These papers do not require research outside of the textbook; instead, they require self-assessment and reflection and demonstration of understanding of the theories and concepts discussed in our chapter readings. If you use information directly from the textbook, you must cite the source. Think of this assignment as a way for you to demonstrate your understanding of the concept and its application. Please make sure that you are answering all questions requested. Self-Concept In a two-page paper, explore your self-concept as it relates to your 1) behavioral possibilities 2) risk taking 3) perception of the world and 4) how it affects your Strategic Flexibility (your ability to anticipate, assess, and evaluate communication situations).
