Determining Conditions of Probation Simulation
Write a 700- to 1,050-word summary of the conditions of probation or parole and the rationale for those conditions. Include the following in the paper:
• Begin with a brief history of each case (Gravas, Harrison, and Stanfield)
• Impose conditions of probation or parole and explain why you chose these conditions.
• Discuss the performance of each offender during supervison.
• Discuss any changes you would make to the imposed conditions, to try and achieve a better outcome.
• Recommendations concerning the conditions of a client's probation or parole that were not included in the options. Explain why.
