You are standing on the north-pole of a big electro magnet having the south pole over your head. A beam of electrons is flying right at your face. When the magnetic field is strong adequate:
i) The beam will deflect, passing through your left ear.
ii) The beam will deflect, passing through your right ear.
iii) The beam will deflect, hitting the magnet among your shoes.
iv) The beam will deflect hitting the magnet over your head.
v) The beam will not be deflected, however the electrons will be accelerated adequate to disintegrate you.
