Captain Jim and Todd Miranda successful in the business were not just their perseverance but also doing what they love doing, being passionate for sailing, courage, hard-working and commitment.
In my own opinion, Todd and Jim were into partnership business (Entrepreneurial team).
To become a successful entrepreneur, the entrepreneur must have a basic knowledge of the business he or she is going into, and the following strategic like: planning, getting funds, knowing your customers, keeping record, employees' management, and looking for help, is what makes a business succeed.
To be successful in small business, the entrepreneur must be self-directed, self- nurturing, action-oriented, highly energetic, and tolerant of uncertainty which I believed I posses the mentioned traits to start up my own business.
