(2). Based on your previous study of Monsanto and this study of Bayer, find success factors for the genetically modified organism (GMO) industry. In general, success factors mean conditions (requirements) that companies in a certain industry must satisfy to win or survive in the market.
(3). Based on the success factors, make your own Competitive Profile Matrix for Monsanto with Bayer. You can optionally decide weight and rating based on your own opinions.
