Students with last names ending in A-M, you will be the union workers. Students with last names ending in N-Z, you will be management. At the end of this collective bargaining debate, one team will be declared the winner and the other team the loser. Issues:

  • Management also wants the right to assign weekend shifts and overtime as it sees fit and to promote workers on merit, not seniority.
  • The union objects to these ideas and wants a fully paid health insurance plan that is paid now completely by the workers.
